Site Management and Server Space Research
Webalocity can manage the Web site
we create, or update and manage your current site. If you do not have server space
already we can find space for you. (Check out
our Web Hosting Plans) Our rates are determined by the type of
server space you require. Contact us for a quote. If you already have server
space, we can handle the updates as well, transferring the data to your server.
Site management fees are determined
on a case by case basis. Contact us for a quote.
Web site development fees are not included
in the management fees.

Domain
Name Registration
We can handle registering your
domain name with GoDaddy.com. This
allows you to have a unique web name, i.e.; www.yourbiz.com. (Check for the availability of
your name). We can handle the paperwork for you.
Website Forums
Forums are a great way to
communicate with your members or clients. It offers an open discussion
with others to exchange ideas. You can also have controlled forums
that allow select participants to communicate. Webalocity can help you
set one up for your site.

Scanning
Services
We can take photographs, drawings,
or other printed material and scan them onto disk or onto your Web site. We will
need to have proof that you have the legal right to the copyright. On Web sites the
first two scans/page are included in the price. For non-Web scans tell us which
format you would like the pictures set to on your disk.

Image
Map Creation
Image maps are pictures with hyperlink
spots on them for access to other pages or sites. They are useful for making a
visual aid for people to click on to make a connection.

Counters
& Forms
We can place counters on you site to
track how many "hits" you get. Forms can be created to provide a way to
receive feedback, take orders, or create a database of information. Counters &
forms don't work on all servers so if you have server space check with the webmaster to
see if you can have these items. If you can, let us know of any special requirements
so we can work them in your site.

Sound
& Visual Effects
We can place sounds and visual
effects on your site to make it more appealing to the viewer. Some effects can be
viewed on our options page. If you have music or videos on
your site you will need to obtain the proper copyright releases if you do not already own
them. We will need proof of this prior to placing them on the site.

Engine Notification
We have the
capability to notify the major search engines so "surfers" who may not have
access to your services normally can find your site.

Custom
Web Links
Web links are a way to let the
visitors on your site visit other sites directly from your site. This may be a way
to keep people coming back to your site. You can have agreements with other sites to
list your site on their site if you list their site on yours. Research for sites
compatible with your site is available for a fee. If you provide the site names and
addresses then this charge does not apply.

Options
We can set up a site utilizing e-commerce technology. It can range from simple shopping
carts to full service sites. We can help you find ways to accept credit cards and
electronic methods of payment using secure servers. Contact

development fees follow this schedule: All work will start upon receipt of a signed contract and receipt of
appropriate deposit/fee.
Revisions are limited to two per page
unless negotiated.
Payments can be made by check,money
order, or PayPal
A returned check fee applies for any
checks returned by our bank.
